Refund & Return Policy

No Returns or Exchanges Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once our cookies and pound cakes leave our kitchen, they cannot be returned for food safety reasons.

Cancellations Orders are baked fresh specifically for you! If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at landa@laneekstastytreats.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the baking process has started, we can no longer offer a cancellation or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders We take great care in packaging your treats to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Email landa@laneekstastytreats.com with your order number.

  3. Include a photo of the damaged product and the packaging.

We will review the information and, depending on the circumstances, may offer a replacement or a store credit. Please note that we are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) or delays due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Shipping Issues Refunds are not provided for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier backups, or incorrect addresses. If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you cannot find it, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.
