You have 15-days after you have received your items to request a refund. Your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. I ordered a half dozen each of the sugar and chocolate chip cookies. They were delicious. The cookies were moist, chewy and sweet. I will definitely order again. I'll probable try the peanut butter cookies next.
